The pneumatic shut-off valve is installed at the bottom of the tank body of the tanker truck and can be refueled. The internal pressure of the valve is small, the flow is large, and there is a cut-out groove on the flange of the valve body. Unable to carry excessive force, the vehicle body pipeline and the tank body will be automatically disconnected, while the automatic centering plunger and durable spring will still remain sealed, and the medium in the tank will not leak, thereby ensuring the safety of the oil tank. When there is no air source or it cannot be opened for other reasons, the cylinder piston rod can be opened and manually opened.
2. Oil and gas recovery valve
The oil and gas recovery valve is a device for recovering the oil and gas generated during the loading and unloading of oil. It can be directly installed on the tank of the top of the tank truck or on the manhole cover. It can be connected to the bottom of the tank through a push rod. The valve realizes mechanical linkage opening, and its opening and closing can also be controlled by the air source.
The oil and gas recovery valve can recover all the oil and gas generated by the volatilization of oil during loading and unloading to the oil tank in the reservoir area, avoiding the leakage of oil and gas, and condensing and reusing the oil and gas through other oil and gas recovery devices, thereby achieving the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection.

3. Oil and gas recovery joint

It has built-in breathing and emergency exhaust functions, and can be installed on the manhole cover with oil and gas recovery valve, oil measuring hole, anti-overflow detection rod, etc. During the oil filling process, when the liquid level reaches the detection position, the sensing system will automatically alarm to stop the oil loading. The built-in breathing valve keeps the internal pressure of the oil tank stable during oil transportation and balances it with the external pressure. Its design to prevent overflow prevents the oil tanker truck from being sealed in the event of an accident. The pressure of the emergency exhaust device inside the tank In the case of a sharp rise, it will automatically open to release the pressure in the tank, thereby preventing accidents and greatly improving the safety of oil transportation.

◆ Overflow prevention in the event of an accident and dumping of the tanker, the anti-overflow stopper in the breathing valve automatically seals the channel to prevent danger due to oil leakage.
◆ Emergency ventilation When the tanker is accidentally in a high temperature environment, it can effectively release the pressure in the tank and prevent the tank from exploding. When the internal pressure of the tank exceeds the external pressure of 21 ~ 32KPa, the emergency exhaust device starts to work, and its maximum exhaust volume reaches 7000m3 / h, which can effectively prevent the explosion accident of the oil tank.
